Welcome to paradise!
We are an American/Puerto Rican couple with a combined 40+ years of experience living in and enjoying
Puerto Rico. Beyond providing curated real estate services to the Puerto Rican community, you can
find us living in the trendy Santurce neighborhood of
San Juan, raising our young son and shi tzsu puppy in paradise.
We are dedicated to supporting fellow Puerto Ricans and local entrepreneurs by providing
services that address their unique business needs on the island. Our innovative, custom local
solution for hosting and managing real estate is
designed for Puerto Rico, ensuring that every service we offer is as distinctive as the community we
